神经节苷脂联合甲基强的松龙治疗急性脊髓炎的疗效观察

Observation of the Efficacy of Ganglioside Joint Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Acute Myelitis

目的:为了研究和探讨临床有效治疗急性脊髓炎的可靠方法,从而为临床研究和相关实践报道提供科学依据。方法:本次研究入选的研究对象均为我院2009年1月至2012年4月期间收治的急性脊髓炎患者,全部患者共计172例,随机对患者进行分组,分成观察组和对照组,每组均为86例。全部研究对象均应用甲基强的松龙,同时对照组加用丙种球蛋白,观察组加用神经节苷脂。观察并比较本次两组研究对象实施不同临床治疗措施后的临床治疗效果和肢体肌力恢复二级以上时间、括约肌功能恢复时间以及下地行走时间等。结果:(1)临床治疗总有效率组间比较,观察组研究对象的临床治疗总有效率显著的高于对照组,且数据组间差异具有显著的统计学意义(χ2=5.212,P=0.0224);(2)在肢体肌力恢复二级以上时间、括约肌功能恢复时间和下地行走时间等三项指标上,组间比较,观察组研究对象的三项指标水平均显著的优于对照组研究对象,且数据组间差异均具有显著的统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:在临床治疗急性脊髓炎的实践过程中,采用神经节苷脂联合甲基强的松龙实施治疗的临床效果较好,是临床治疗急性脊髓炎的可靠选择。

Objective： To study and investigate the reliable method of clinical effective treatment of acute myelitis,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical research and related practice reports.Methods： The study subjects were patients with acute myelitis in our hospital from January 2009 to April 2012 period,there were a total of 172 cases.The patients were grouped randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and each grou Pwas of 86 cases.All study subjects were taken with methylprednisolone,while the control group was treated with gamma globulin,the observation group was treated with ganglioside.The clinical outcomes and two or more limbs muscle recovery time,recovery time and sphincter function ambulation time of the two groups after the implementation of different clinical treatment were observed and compared.Results：（1） The clinical total efficiency rates compared between groups,the total efficiency rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and there were statistical significance compared between the differences of the data（χ2=5.212,P=0.0224）.（2） In the two or more limb muscle recovery time,recovery time,and Shimoji sphincter function on three indicators such as travel time compared between the two groups,the three indicators of level in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.The differences between data were with statistically significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In clinical practice in the treatment of acute myelitis,the clinical effect of ganglioside joint methylprednisolone in the treatment of acute myelitis is better,and it is the reliable choice for the clinical treatment of acute myelitis.
