心脉通胶囊治疗缺血性脑中风的临床疗效观察与生活质量评价

Clinical Efficacy of XMT in the Treatment of Patients with Ischemic Stroke and the Effect on Quality of Life

目的：探讨心脉通胶囊应用于缺血性脑中风治疗的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的改善。方法：以本院本科2012年5月~2014年12月期间收治的80例缺血性脑中风患者为研究对象,根据随即原则将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者42例,对照组患者38例。予以对照组患者常规西医方法治疗,予以实验组常规西医治疗的前提下加用心脉通胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗后的的临床疗效、NIHSS评分、生活质量评分。结果：实验组患者治疗总有效率为95.24%（40/42）,对照组为78.95%（30/38）,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后NIHSS评分和生活质量评分较治疗前均显著降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且实验组患者NIHSS评分和生活质量评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应,心电图、肝肾功能、生化常规等均无明显异常。结论：心脉通胶囊可以明显改善缺血性脑中风患者神经功能损伤和临床治疗效果,安全、有效,同时对患者生活质量有明显改善作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of XMT applied to the treatment of ischemic stroke and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods： Bachelor hospital in May 2012- December 2014 during the 80 cases admitted with ischemic stroke patients for the study,based on the principle then will be divided into an experimental group and a control group,the experimental group,42 patients in the control group of 38 patients.Under the control group of patients to be conventional western methods of treatment,conventional Western medicine treatment to be experimental premise plus XMT treatment.Clinical efficacy and compared the two groups of patients after treatment,NIHSS score,quality of life scores.Results： The patients in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 95.24%（40/42） in the control group was 78.95%（30/38）,there are significant differences（ P〈0.05）;After treatment NIHSS score and quality of life scores before treatment were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,and the experimental group were NIHSS score and quality of life scores than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the two groups of patients during treatment There were no significant adverse reactions,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function,so there was no obvious conventional biochemical abnormalities.Conclusion： XMT can significantly improve neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke damage and clinical outcomes,safety and effectiveness,while improving the quality of life in patients with significant effects,worthy of promotion.
