天和骨通贴膏配合手法治疗骶髂关节痛100例

100 Cases Treatment of Sacral Iliac Joint Pain by Tianhe Paste and Manipulation

目的:观察天和骨通贴膏配合手法治疗骶髂关节痛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照分组方法,将患者分为治疗组50例和对照组50例,分别给予天和骨通贴膏配合手法治疗和单纯的推拿手法治疗,评价其疗效。结果:治疗组显愈率(94%)明显优于对照组显愈率(68%)(P<0.01)。结论:天和骨通贴膏配合手法治疗骶髂关节痛,疗效肯定,操作方便。

Objective： The patients with the joint pain were in a large proportion in the Department of orthopedics,each age group has,but most of in the middle and young people.Purpose to observe whether this method can effectively solve the pain of the patients,and whether is worthy of promotion.Methods： In the daily clinic in randomly selected for the young and middle-aged patients 100 cases,to use gimmick removed subluxation,synovial incarceration,followed by Tianhe patch,external application,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to solve aseptic inflammation to relieve the pain.And observe the difference between the two methods.Results： In the 100 patients,after 2 cure courses,in the treatment group cure rate was 76%,while in the compare group the cure rate was 44%,which showed that there was a difference between the two groups.Conclusion： There are many methods to treat the pain in the treatment of the pain of the sacral joint,but this method is especially good.
