摘要 目的:探讨膀胱癌组织中RUNX3、PCNA基因的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法分别检测30例膀胱癌组织和配对正常组织标本RUNX3,PCNA蛋白质水平,分析RUNX3,PCNA与膀胱癌临床病理学分级的关系。结果:应用免疫组织化学S-P实验方法得到RUNX3蛋白的低表达与临床病理学分期呈明显的相关性(P<0.001)。PCNA表达从正常黏膜到浸润癌呈渐进性增高,临床病理学分级之间存在正相关关系(P<0.001)。结论:RUNX3,PCNA在膀胱癌的发生发展中起重要作用。检测膀胱癌组织中RUNX3、PCNA基因的表达对于评价患者的预后有一定价值。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of RUNX3,PCNA in human bladder tumor and their significance.Methods:Protein were extracted from 30 carcinoma specimens.The RUNX3,PCNA protein of the bladder tumor were detected by immunohistochemical S-P.The relationships between RUNX3,PCNA expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results:S-Pindicate the lower expression of RUNX3 protein in bladder tumor was correlated with differentiation degree of cancer cell and UICC(P〈0.01).The expressions of PCNA were gradually increased in the course of the esophageal carcinomatous conversion(P〈0.01),which was positively related to pathological type(P0.001).Conclusion:RUNX3,PCNA may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of bladder tumor.The detection of RUNX3,PCNA protein expression has a definite value in evaluating prognosis for bladder tumor.
