Effect of intervention of Occupational Exposure in Operationrelated Health Care Workers

目的:评价手术相关人员职业暴露预防控制干预措施效果,为手术相关人员职业暴露预防提供循证依据,降低手术相关人员职业暴露发生率。方法:在对2009年全院医务人员职业暴露现状调查分析的基础上,针对手术相关人员制定职业暴露预防和控制干预措施;对干预措施实施前后手术相关人员职业暴露情况进行分析比较,评价干预措施效果。结果:2009年手术相关人员职业暴露发生率2.99%,实施干预措施后的2012年为0.85%,干预后手术相关人员职业暴露发生率显著下降;干预前后医务人员职业暴露发生地点和职业构成无显著差异。结论:对手术相关人员实施职业暴露预防控制措施可有效降低其职业暴露发生率,手术室医院感染管理小组成员实时监督干预措施的执行是有效实施的关键。

Objective： To evaluate effect of intervention of occupational exposure in operation-related health care workers,and provide evidence for occupational preventive measures,so as to reduce the incidence of occupational exposure in operationrelated health care workers. Methods： Development of occupational exposure prevention and control interventions for operationrelated health care workers on the basis of the analysis in the investigation of the medical staff of the hospital-wide occupational exposure status quo in 2009;occupational exposure in operation-related health care workers before and after the implementation of interventions was analysed,the effects of interventions was evaluated. Results： The incidence of occupational exposure in operationrelated health care workers was 2.99% in 2009,and it was 0.85% in 2012;the incidence of occupational exposure in operation-related health care workers was decreased significantly after the intervention;occupational exposure of health care workers had occurred and occupational constitute before and after the intervention were no significant difference. Conclusion： It can effectively reduce the incidence of occupational exposure to Implement prevention and control measures of occupational exposure in operation-related health care workers,It is the key to the effective implementation that the implementation of the interventions of the operating room hospital infection management team members in real time supervision.
