摘要
观察重组人血小板生成素联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性免疫性血小板减少症临床疗效。方法:选用我科2011年至2014年中20例难治性免疫性血小板减少症患者进行治疗及观察。结果:采用上述联合治疗方案有效率高,全部患者基本可以达到部分缓解,其中完全缓解率达到80%。结论:采用联合治疗方法治疗效果显著,无明显不良反应,可以推荐广泛临床运用。
Objective : To observe the effect of recombinant human thrombopoietin combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of refractory immune thrombocytopenic disease clinical curative effect~ Method : Choose my division from 2011 to 2014 in 20 patients with refractory immune thrombocytopenic patients for treatment and observation.Result : Adopting the combination therapy of high effective rate, all of the patients can be basically achieved partial remission, the complete remission rate of 80%.Conclusion : Using the combined treatment method of significant curative effect, no significant adverse reactions, can be recommended for widespread clinical use.
