内括约肌部分切断术联合中药治疗肛裂的临床效果分析

分析内括约肌部分切断术联合中药治疗肛裂的临床效果。方法:选择90例肛裂患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组患者接受内括约肌部分切断术,观察组患者在此基础上联合中药治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:所有患者治疗后均痊愈,无肛门失禁等并发症发生。两组患者伤口愈合时间无明显差异(P〉0.05):观察组患者术后疼痛情况显著轻于对照组患者(P〈0.05)。结论:内括约肌部分切断术联合中药熏洗、外敷等治疗肛裂具有确切的疗效,且能显著减轻患者术后疼痛程度。

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of partial internal sphincterotomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods : 90 patients with anal fissure were selected as the research object, randomly divided as control group and the observation group, the control group were treated with internal sphincter amputation, observation group patients based combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results .. all patients were cured after treatment, no anal incontinence occurred. Two groups of patients with wound healing time had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) ; observation group of patients with postoperative pain significantly lighter than the control group (P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion .. partial sphincter cut operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine smoked wash, topical treatment for anal fissure has exact curative effect, and can significantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
