经阴道多普勒超声诊断卵巢早衰40例临床意义探究

探讨经阴道多普勒超声检查在卵巢早衰诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的30例卵巢早衰患者作为观察组,另选取30例正常育龄妇女作为对照组,两组均行阴道彩超检查,对两组研究对象的超声声像图特征进行对比、分析。结果:观察组卵巢结构不清晰、卵巢中高回声及纤维条索可见率均显著高于对照组,内膜厚度、卵泡个数、卵泡大小、左右侧卵巢左右径及前后径值、EDV、PSV水平均显著低于对照组,PI、RI水平均显著高于对照组P〈0.05。结论:行经阴道彩超检查,能够为卵巢早衰的临床诊断提供有效依据,提高卵巢早衰的诊断准确率,是诊断卵巢早衰的理想手段,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Purpose : To explore the application value of transvaginal Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of premature ovarian failure.Methods :selected were treated in our hospital from 30 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure as the observation group, and select the other 30 cases of normal women of childbearing age as control group, two groups underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound, sonographie characteristics of the objects in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result : In the observation group, the ovarian structure is not clear, ovarian hyperechoic and fiber strip cable visible rate were significantly higher than those in the control group, endometrial thickness, follicle number, size of follicles, around about side ovary diameter and anteroposterior diameter values, EDV, PSV level were significantly lower than control group, PI, RI levels were significantly higher than those of the control (P〈0.05) .Conclusion : For transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination to the clinical diagnosis of premature ovarian failure to provide effective basis and improve the diagnostic accuracy of premature ovarian failure, premature ovarian failure diagnosis of, and has important clinical application value.
