膨体聚四氟乙烯（美速德）面部植入物临床应用210例疗效分析

Clinical analysis of facial defect correction with ePTFE （Meisude） in 210 cases

目的 评估膨体聚四氟乙烯面部植入物填充面部凹陷部位的有效性和安全性.方法 自2013年1月至2014年11月,应用膨体聚四氟乙烯面部植入物填充面部凹陷患者210例,其中鼻背153例,占72.86％;下颌53例,占25.24％;颞部4例,占1.90％.并对患者的基本信息、置入产品型号、时间、置入前诊断、置入部位及随访结果（包括疗效、并发症及不良反应、局部及全身的安全性）进行统计分析.结果 所有患者随访6 -28个月,平均17个月,无不良反应及其他并发症发生,术后切口愈合良好.非常满意者207例,占98.57％;满意者3例,占1.43％;患者的满意率为100％.结论 采用膨体聚四氟乙烯面部植入物填充于面部凹陷部位,具有良好的临床效果和安全性.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ePTFE （Meisude） in the treatment of facial defects. Methods From January 2013 to November 2014, 210 cases with facial defects who undergone ePTFE （Meisude） filling to the depression were analyzed, including 153 cases nose defect （72.86%）, 53 cases chin defect （25.24%） and 4 cases temporal defect （1.90%）. Factors taken into analysis were： patient personal information, type of implanted product, time of implantation, diagnosis, implanted position, surgical effectiveness, complications, adverse effects and general health indexes. Results All the patients were female of Han ethnieity, aging from 18 -61 years （mean： 26.81 ±7.47）. There were no reports of any adverse effects or complications. All incisions healed well. The excellent on 210 cases was 207 （98.57%）, good was 3 （ 1.43% ）, hence 100% cases obtained very good results. Conclusion ePTFE （Meisude） is effective and safe in the augmentation treatment of facial defects.
