摘要
目的检测68株鲍曼不动杆菌复合群、89株铜绿假单胞菌、154株大肠埃希菌和51株肺炎克雷伯菌新德里金属蛋白酶(new Delhi metallo-beta-lactamase,NDM-1)基因,了解本院NDM-1基因的流行情况。方法细菌鉴定和亚胺培南抗菌药物敏感性检验,采用梅里埃公司的VITEK-2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪及GN鉴定卡和AST-GN13药敏卡。VITEK-2 Compact鉴定为鲍曼不动杆菌复合群的细菌通过聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测OXA-51基因区分鲍曼不动杆菌和复合群其他细菌,并采用PCR方法检测所有菌株的NDM-1碳青酶烯酶基因。结果 58株鲍曼不动杆菌复合群细菌OXA-51基因阳性,鉴定为鲍曼不动杆菌;10株OXA-51基因阴性,为复合群其他细菌。未检出NDM-1基因。结论暂未发现产NDM-1超级细菌在本院流行。
Objective To detect the new Delhi metallo- beta- lactamase( NDM- 1) gene in 68 Acinetobacter baumannii- A.calcoaceticus complex,89 Pseudomonas aeruginosa,154 Escherichia coli and 51 Klebsiella pneumoniae strains isolated from clinical specimens,and to investigate the epidemic of NDM- 1. Methods The suspicion of bacteria identification and imipenem drug resistance was detected using VITEK- 2 Compact,gram- negative( GN) identification card and gram- negative susceptibility( AST- GN13) card of biomerieux. Acinetobacter baumannii- A. calcoaceticus complex detected by VITEK- 2 Compact was differentiated as Acinetobacter baumannii and other strains of Acinetobacter baumannii- A. calcoaceticus complex by polymerase chain reaction method. Metallo β- lactamase- encoding drug resistance NDM- 1 gene was detected by polymerase chain reaction assay of all strains. Results 58 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii- A. calcoaceticus complex were OXA- 51 gene positive,which were Acinetobacter baumannii. And the other 10 strains were OXA- 51 gene negative,which were other species of the complex. The NDM- 1 gene wasn't detected. Conclusion The NDM- 1 superbugs were not prevalent in this hospital.
