摘要
目的观察头电针结合特殊教育在改善孤独症患儿异常行为方面的疗效。方法选择2013年7月-2014年10月在西安中医脑病医院就诊的60例孤独症患儿为研究对象,按就诊顺序编号,再采用系统随机化分为头电针结合特殊教育治疗组(治疗组)30例和只接受特殊教育干预组(对照组)30例,治疗前和治疗后由康复评定师用孤独症行为量表(ABC量表)评定。结果治疗组异常行为改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论头电针结合特殊教育能明显改善孤独症患儿异常行为,提高生活自理及社会适应能力。
Objective To observe the efficacy on abnormal behavior in children with autism treated with head electroacupuncture(EA)and special education. Methods Sixty children with autism were selected as the objects,treated in Xi'an Encephalopathy Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from July 2013 to October 2014. According the visit sequence,they were randomized into a treatment group(30 cases,combined therapy of head EA and special education)and a control group(30 cases,intervention with special education). Before and after treatment,the autism behavior checklist(ABC scale)was used for assessment. Results In the treatment group,the improvement in abnormal behavior was apparently better than that in the control group(P﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The combined therapy of head EA and special education relieves apparently the abnor-mal behavior in the children with autism and improves the daily life activity and social adaption ability.
