摘要
电梯备件采购配置问题是典型.的多目标、多约束、非线性规划问题.针对该问题,根据维修BOM配置出所需采购的备件清单,并得到备件的损坏率及消耗率.最后,提出了一种多目标粒子群算法,并运用算法对某一待采购备件的配置问题进行了优化求解.实例的结果表明,对该类问题,算法能快速准确地得到最优的解.
The configuration problem of spare parts' purchase for elevators is a typical multi-objective, multi-constraint, nonlinear programming problem. To this problem, this paper configured a list of spare parts which needed to be purchased and got failure rate and consumption rate of spare parts according to Maintenance BOM. Finally, this paper proposed a multi-objective particle swarm algorithm to solve configuring problem of spare part which needed to be purchased. The quickly and accurately obtain the optimal result of example shows that the algorithm can solution to this kind of problem.
