甘肃省武威市凉州区2012年恶性肿瘤发病及死亡分析

An Analysis of Cancer Incidence and Mortality in 2012 in Liangzhou District Wuwei City,Gansu Province

[目的]分析武威市凉州区2012年恶性肿瘤的发病与死亡情况,为肿瘤预防控制提供科学依据。[方法]对2012年武威市凉州区恶性肿瘤发病及死亡资料进行分析,分别计算发病(死亡)率、标化发病(死亡)率、年龄别(发病)死亡率、累积发病(死亡)率和构成比。[结果]2012年武威市凉州区新发恶性肿瘤病例3005例,发病率为294.53/10万;死亡病例2091例,死亡率204.95/10万。恶性肿瘤发病第一位的是胃癌,其次是食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等,前10位恶性肿瘤发病占全部恶性肿瘤发病的87.69%。恶性肿瘤死亡第一位是胃癌,其次为食管癌、肝癌、肺癌和结直肠癌,前10位恶性肿瘤死亡占全部恶性肿瘤死亡的73.74%。[结论]武威市凉州区恶性肿瘤流行情况不容乐观,以胃癌为首的消化系统肿瘤和肺癌是主要流行癌种,应作为今后恶性肿瘤防控的重点。

[Purpose]To analysis the cancer incidence and mortality in Liangzhou District Wuwei City in 2012,and to provide scientific basis for cancer prevention and control in this area. [Methods] The incidence/mortality data in Wuwei in 2012 were collected and analyzed. Incidence/mortality,age-specified incidence/mortality rates,age-standardized incidence/mortality rates,proportions,and cumulative incidence/mortality rates were calculated respectively. [Results] The new cancer cases and cancer deaths were 3005 and 2091 in 2012,the incidence/mortality was 294.53/105 and 204.95/105 respectively. The top incidence of cancers was gastric cancer,followed by esophageal cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,etc. The top 10 new cancer cases accounted for 87.69%. The top mortality of cancers was gastric cancer,followed by esophageal cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer and colorectal cancer. The top 10 cancer deaths cases accounted for73.74%. [Conclusion] The epidemiological characteristics of cancers are not optimistic in Liangzhou District Wuwei City. Gastric cancer and lung cancer is the major epidemic carcinomas,should be focus on prevention and control in the future.
