Research Progress of DUSP1 Gene in Tumors

摘要 DUSP1基因作为MKP磷酸酶家族的重要成员,通过MAPK等信号途径在调节人类细胞生长周期和肿瘤发生、发展中起到重要的作用。一旦DUSP1在细胞表达异常,可能导致肿瘤的发生,且在不同的肿瘤类型中,其扮演的角色也不尽相同。 DUSP1 gene,as an important member of the MKP family,plays an important role in the control of cell cycles and tumor progression through MAPK signal transduction.Once aberrant expression of DUSP1 in cells happens,it may lead to the tumor occurrence.The role in different tumor types is also different.
