多发性骨髓瘤累及膀胱1例
Multiple Myeloma Involving the Bladder:One Case Report
摘要
1资料与方法患者男性,73岁。主诉两周前无明显诱因下出现尿量减少,伴尿频尿急,偶有恶心呕吐,无尿痛及肉眼血尿。查CT示：双肾轻度积水,双侧输尿管上段扩张,膀胱壁增厚、壁缘模糊,右侧腹股沟淋巴结增大,约33mm×23mm。B超示：双侧输尿管上段扩张,膀胱壁弥漫性增厚（Figure 1）。
