健脾益胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎30例临床观察

Clinical efficacy of spleen- strengthening and stomach- benefiting prescription in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis: a report of 30 cases

目的:观察健脾益胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予健脾益胃方治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗。治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效、Hp转阴率,停药6个月后观察临床症状复发情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为73.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp转阴率治疗组为76.67%,对照组为66.67%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6个月后复发率治疗组为16.67%,对照组为30.00%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾益胃方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,Hp转阴率明显提高,且复发率低,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of spleen - strengthening and stomach - benefiting pre- scription（SSP） in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：Sixty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30）and control group（ n = 30）. The treatment group received SSP,while the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment. The clinical outcomes and Helicohacter pylori（Hp） clearance tales of the two groups were evaluated after two weeks of treatment;the recurrence of clinical symptoms was examined at six months after the end of medication. Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the control group（86. 67% vs 73.33%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Hp clearance rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group （76.67% vs 66.67%, P 〈 0. 05）. The recur- fence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at six months after the end of medication （ 16.67% vs 30.00% ,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： SSP has significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic a- trophic gastritis,with the advantages of high ttp clearance rate, low recurrence, and few adverse reactions, and it holds promise for clinical application.
