六味地黄汤对IgA肾病大鼠血尿及蛋白尿的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on hematuria and proteinuria in rats with IgA nephropathy

摘要 目的:研究六味地黄汤对Ig A肾病大鼠血尿及蛋白尿的影响。方法:SD大鼠50只按随机原则分为正常对照组(15只)和Ig A肾病组(35只),运用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)+脂多糖(LPS)+四氯化碳(CCl4)方法建立实验性Ig A模型,造模成功后分别从Ig A肾病组(死亡1只)随机抽取4只及正常对照组随机抽取5只大鼠进行Ig A肾病模型鉴定,鉴定造模成功后将30只Ig A肾病组大鼠按随机原则分为模型组、雷公藤多苷组和六味地黄汤组,并进行药物干预4周,于每周末测定各组大鼠尿红细胞计数、24h尿蛋白定量,比较各组结果。结果:六味地黄汤组及雷公藤多苷组在第2、3、4周的尿红细胞计数和24h尿蛋白定量均较模型组明显降低,雷公藤多苷组降低更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤可减少Ig A肾病大鼠血尿及蛋白尿,从而改善Ig A肾病模型大鼠的预后。 Objective : To study the effects of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on hematuria and proteinuria in rats with IgA nephropathy. Methods: Fifty Sprague- Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 15 ) and IgA nephropathy group ( n = 35 ). A rat model of IgA nephropathy was established using bovine serum albumin, lipopolysaccharide, and carbon tetrachloride. Four rats and five rats were randomly selected from the IgA nephropa- thy group(one rat dead)and normal control group,respectively, to examine the IgA nephropathy model. After the model was successfully established,30 rats in the IgA nephropathy group were randomly divided into model group, tripterygium glycoside group, and Liuwei Dihuang decoction group to receive respective treatments for 4 weeks. Urinary erythrocyte count and 24 - h urinary protein were determined at the end of each week and compared between these groups. Results:The Liuwei Dihuang decoction group and tripterygium glycoside group had signifi- cantly reduced urinary erythrocyte count and 24 -h urinary protein at the ends of 2nd ,3rd,and 4th weeks compared with the model group(P 〈0. 05) , and the tripterygium glycoside group showed the most significant decreases in the two indices. Conclusion:Liuwei Dibuang deeoction ean reduce hematuria and proteinuria in rats with IgA nephropa- thy,thus improving their prognosis.
