围刺大鼠小脑投影区对预防乙醇中毒者行为异常的研究

Effect of projection region in cerebellum in preventing abnormal behavior in ethanol- intoxicated rats treated by surrounded needling

目的:研究围刺大鼠小脑投影区对乙醇中毒大鼠行为学改变的影响。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成针刺组、非针刺组和空白对照组各10只,对针刺组大鼠天门穴围刺后,对针刺组和非针刺组大鼠进行乙醇灌胃制备乙醇中毒模型,观察3组大鼠行为学改变,并进行行为学评分、觅食路线评分及精细动作评分。结果:空白对照组大鼠行为学评分、觅食路线评分及精细动作评分均明显低于针刺组和非针刺组,针刺组大鼠上述评分均优于非针刺组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乙醇会造成实验大鼠行为学的异常改变,针刺对于乙醇中毒导致的行为学改变具有保护作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of projection region in the cerebellum in preventing abnormal be- havior in ethanol - intoxicated rats treated by surrounded needling. Methods ： Thirty male Sprague - Dawley rats were randomly divided into acupuncture group, non - acupuncture group, and blank control group, with 10 rats in each group. The acupuncture group received surrounded needling at Tianmen point;then,the rats in acupuncture group and non -acupuncture group were given ethanol by gavage. The behavioral changes of rats in the three groups were evaluated, and the behavioral score, foraging route, and fine movement score were determined. Results：The blank control group had significantly lower behavioral score, foraging route score, and fine movement score than the acu- puncture group and non - acupuncture group （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the acupuncture group was superior to the non - acu- puncture group in terms of the above scores （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ethanol causes abnormal behavior in experi- mental rats, and acupuncture can protect against the behavioral changes due to ethanol intoxication.
