摘要
介绍了MAP阀控制的两级变量齿轮机油泵的工作原理,对国外某变量齿轮机油泵及定量泵进行了试验研究,并对试验结果进行了分析与对比。结果表明:变量机油泵相比定排量机油泵,能节省循环供油量30%~60%;MAP阀控制的变排量齿轮泵可以根据发动机工况精确地控制机油泵的流量,实现按需供油,有效地降低机油泵的驱动功,能节省功率消耗30%~80%,从而实现发动机燃油耗的降低;变量齿轮机油泵存在高速时吸油能力大幅度降低,容积效率较差等缺点。
How the two-stage variable gear oil pump controlled by MAP valve works was described in this article. One foreign variable oil pump was experimented and studied, the test results compared to the quantitative gear pump are analyzed. The results illustrate that: variable oil pump compared to quantitative oil pump, could save oil by about 30% - 60%; The variable gear pump controlled by MAP valve can accurately control oil pump flow according to engine operating conditions, it is based on the requirement flow of the engine, can effectively reduce the oil pump drive power by about 30% to 80%, thereby achieving reduction in fuel consumption of engine. The shortcoming of variable gear oil pump was a significant reduction of oil-absorbing capability under the high engine speed, and poor volumetric efficiency.
