摘要
在摩托车整车的多体动力学分析中,发动机作为影响车架动态响应的主要激励不可忽视。建立了精确的发动机模型代替集中质量块。当整车在常用工况下运行时,对发动机的配气系统施加动态仿真,用以研究发动机激励施加到运动的车辆上时车辆动态响应特性。应用适当的解算器对整车多体模型进行动力学计算分析,得到车体垂直方向的振动加速度曲线,对带发动机模型和发动机质量块的车体进行其动力学响应的比较分析,确定发动机激励在车辆动力性分析中的重要作用,并基于此对整个系统进行振动特性或平顺性分析。
In the analysis for a motorcycle multi-body dynamics, engine excitation, as a major input affecting the dynamic behavior of motorcycle, should be explored. In this paper, a virtual engine model is constructed to replace the lumped mass ever discussed in dynamic simulation of motorcycle, on which elaborate dynamic simulation of engine valve train is performed at its working condition to investigate the dynamic response of motorcycle. The vertical acceleration response of the motorcycle is achieved by using appropriate solution formulations on vehicle multi-body, and the comparison is made on the simulation results of motorcycle dynamic behavior between models with or without engine excitation to determine the significance of running engine, the conclusion is available for discussing the vibration and smoothness performance of whole mechanical system.
