进气道喷甲醇对柴油机性能影响的试验分析

摘要 在增压中冷柴油机上进行外部循环EGR回路喷甲醇的试验研究,研究了喷入不同的甲醇量对柴油机性能的影响。结果表明,EGR回路喷入的甲醇量越多,负荷特性的烟度会逐步降低,NOx在较小的喷醇量下会有所下降,在较大的喷醇量下有所升高;HC排放在所有负荷都会增加,小负荷时增幅更大;缸压峰值和放热率峰值也会随着喷醇量的增加而增加,峰值对应的曲轴转角有后移的趋势,燃烧起始点滞后。 Experimental study was carried out on the turbocharged and intercooled diesel with methanol spray in the external EGR circulation loop. The effects of different amounts of injected methanol on diesel engine performance are studied. The results showed that the more the amount of methanol injected into the EGR circuit, the smoke of load characteristics will be gradually reduced, NOx in the small amount of alcohol spray will decline, and increase in the larger amount of alcohol spray; HC emissions increased in all load, but increased more under a small load. Cylinder pressure peak and peak heat release rate will increase with the spray amount of alcohol increases, the peak corresponding to the crank angle has a tendency to shift back, and the starting point of the combustion lags.
