摘要
最近研究发现许多疾病是以炎症血栓状态为特点的,血液中的血细胞与血管壁的相互作用是血栓形成和炎症反应的途径。针对这些途径的措施可能有利于炎症性疾病和心血管疾病治疗。本文从分子和细胞间相互作用机制总结了炎症和血栓与心血管疾病的联系。
Recent research has found that several disease conditions are characterized by a thromboinflammatory state in which interactions of blood cells and components with the vascular wall perpetuate both thrombotic and inflammatory pathways. Targeting these pathways may be of benefit in inflammatory conditions and cardiovascular diseases. Ongoing clinical trials should provide insight into the hypothesis that the thromboinflammatory state contributes to adverse clinical outcomes. This article summarizes the molecular and cellular links between inflammation and thrombosis in the context of cardiovascular and other thromboinflammatory diseases.
