一种四合一多酶清洗剂杀菌性能及腐蚀性研究

Study on bactericidal performance and corrosivity for a kind of four- in- one multienzyme cleaning agent

目的研究一种四合一多酶清洗剂的杀菌性能和腐蚀性,为清洗消毒应用提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和腐蚀性试验方法,对该多酶清洗剂杀菌效果和腐蚀性进行实验室观察。结果该多酶清洗剂是由生物酶与苯扎氯铵(含量4 500 mg/L)组成。用其100倍的稀释液作用2.5 min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄菌杀灭对数值>5.00;作用5 min对悬液内大肠杆菌杀灭对数值>5.00;作用10 min对悬液内白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00。用其75倍稀释液作用7.5 min,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌杀灭对数值>5.00。该多酶洗剂50倍稀释液对不锈钢片、铜片均基本无腐蚀,对碳钢片轻度腐蚀,对铝片中度腐蚀。结论该四合一多酶清洗剂具有较好的杀菌效果,但对碳钢和铝制品有一定腐蚀性。

Objective To study the bactericidal performance and corrosivity of a kind of four - in - one muhienzyme cleaning agent and provide the scientific basis for the cleaning and disinfection application. Methods Suspensions quanti- tative germicidal test and corrosivity test were used to observe the bactericidal effect and corrosivity of the dilution of the cleaning agent. Results The cleaning agent contained biological enzyme and benzalkonium chloride （4 500 mg/L）. The average killing logarithm values of the Staphylococcus aurrus, in suspension exposed to the 1 ： 100 dilution for 2.5 rain and that of Escherichia coli. exposed for 5 min were above 5.00. That of Candida albicans exposed for l0 min was above 4.00. The average killing logarithm values of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa exposed to the 1 ： 75 dilution for 7.5 min was above 5.00. The corrosivity of the 1 ： 50 dilution was basic non - corrosive on stainless steel and copper, mild corrosive on carbon steel, moderate corrosive on aluminum. Conclusion The four- in -one multienzyme cleaning agent has good germicidal effect, but it has a certain corrosive to carbon steel and aluminum.
