摘要
针对现有LED汽车近光灯使用朗伯型LED光源效率不高和结构复杂等问题,设计了一种基于空间光强分布为椭球状LED光源和后置吸光板的汽车近光灯光学系统。系统主要由LED光源、1/4椭球面反光罩、后置特定形状吸光板和配光透镜组成。运用TracePro软件进行光线追迹模拟,并根据软件模型制作出了光源与灯具实物,实测结果显示在25m远屏幕上光形可以很好地与模拟结果吻合。采用不同形状的后置吸光板可以实现国家标准(GB 25991-2010)规定的两种近光灯光型,并且整灯的发光效率为82%。
Aiming at the inefficient and complex structure trouble existed in the automotive dipped headlight based on lambertian LED light source, one kind of dipped headlight optical system is proposed with rear light absorbing plate and LED light source which spatial optical intensity distribution is ellipsoidal. The optical system is mainly made up of LED light source, 1/4 ellipsoidal reflector, light absorbing plate of a certain shape and light lens. The optical ray tracking is implemented by TracePro software, and physical model is made based on the software model. The test results reveals that the practical light shape produces a good approach to the simulation. The application of different light absorbing plate in meeting the requirements about low light pattern of national standard (GB 25991-2010) is feasible, and the whole light's luminous efficiency reaches 82%.
