带可变几何涡轮增压器柴油机的双回路废气再循环多变量控制 被引量:1

摘要 研究双回路废气再循环(EGR)柴油机采用多变量控制器的设计问题。发动机需控制2个EGR阀(高压阀和低压阀)、1个排气节流阀和1个可变几何涡轮增压器。提出了一种利用模型预测控制(MPC)方法,对柴油机进行适用于生产的空气管理控制。此外,概述了所提出设计的调整过程。在1台2.8L轻型柴油机上获得了设计的性能试验结果。控制器闭环性能的LA-4循环瞬态数据验证了设计过程的有效性。在整个瞬态行驶循环控制器的标定过程中,MPC从数据采集开始到建立发动机标定模型仅用10天时间。
