摘要
桥梁监测系统对于保障桥梁安全运行具有重要意义。针对目前在用系统存在的安全性和可靠性问题,开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的桥梁监测系统。系统以LabVIEW为软件平台,以NI控制器为硬件框架,通过传感器、信号调理电路和数据采集卡等及上位机软件实现数据采集,并进行信号分析和结果显示,实现了桥梁监测中心对桥梁监测数据的分析、存储、预警、告警等功能。系统极大地提高了桥梁监测的安全性和可靠性,有效的满足了桥梁监测的实际需求,为工作人员提供了有效的桥梁监测工具。
This paper presents a monitoring system based on virtual instrument. Operating on the LabVlEW software platform, equipped with necessary sensors, signal conditioning and data acquisition card, it has realized functions such as bridges data monitoring, data acquisition, data analysis, data storage, early warning capabilities, etc. Testing results show that controlled by host-computer software, it monitors data collection, analyzes signals and presents results, offers a simple-and-direct, user-friendly, and easy-operating interface, and therefore effectively meets the needs of bridge safety monitoring and provides an effective tool for bridge monitoring.
