摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为基础原料,同时引入甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)改性硅溶胶和含氟单体全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(FHEA),乳液聚合法合成了一系列不同配比的纳米Si O2/含氟丙烯酸酯乳液(FMBA/GMASi O2),并利用红外光谱、TG、DSC、EDS等方法对乳液结构和乳胶膜性能进行了表征。结果表明:当Si O2质量分数为7.2%,氟质量分数为12.0%,GMA质量分数为4.0%时,可制得稳定性良好的纳米Si O2/含氟丙烯酸酯乳液,且涂膜耐水性和热稳定性优异,玻璃化转变温度和力学性能显著提高,具有自分层效果。
Nano-SiO2/fluorinated polyacrylate composite emulsion (FMBA/GMA-SiO2), consisting of methyl methacrylate ( MMA ), butyl acrylate ( BA ), 2-perfluorohexyl ) ethyl acrylate ( FHEA ) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) modified silica sol,is successfully synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The latex films are characterized by FT-IR,TG,DSC and EDS. The results indicate that, when the content of SiO2, F and GMA are 7.2% , 12.0% and 4.0% , respectively, the obtained FMBA/GMA-SiO2 emulsion possesses good stability. The resulting hybrid film exhibits excellent water resistance, thermostability, remarkably enhanced Tg and mechanical properties. It also has the selfstratifving effect.
