摘要
采用一种管道式微反应器对2-氨基丁醇的合成进行了研究。在该反应器中,以1-硝基丙烷和甲醛原料,三甲胺为催化剂合成2-硝基丁醇。在加氢反应釜中通过加氢反应将2-硝基丁醇还原为2-氨基丁醇。考察了不同催化剂对重要中间体2-硝基丁醇合成的影响,最终选择成本低廉、易于回收的三甲胺为催化剂。在单因素条件下考察了在微反应器中不同的原料配比、保留时间对2-氨基丁醇合成的影响,并重点考察了反应的终止条件。在最优条件下,2-氨基丁醇的收率达到82.4%。
A kind of continuous flow tubular microreactor is applied to synthesize 2-amino-butanol in this study. 2- Nitro-butanol is firstly synthesized in the microreactor by using 1-nitropropane and formaldehyde as raw materials and trimethylamine as an alkaline catalyst. Then,it is reduced to 2-amino-butanol through hydrogenation reaction. The effect of different catalysts on the synthesis of 2-nitro-butanol is investigated. And the effects of reaction time and the ratio of raw materials on the synthesis of 2-amino-butanol, especially on the termination conditions of the reaction, are also studied based on single factor experiment. Under the optimal conditions, the final yield of 2-amino-butanol can reach 82.4%.
