摘要
主要从膜蒸馏的操作条件和膜前预处理工艺角度出发,针对膜蒸馏过程的膜污染防控工艺进行了研究。结果表明,膜蒸馏通量或进料液温度的有效控制可以有效减缓膜污染。此外,对于该股具有一定硬度的高盐废水,调酸为有效的膜前预处理工艺,可保证膜蒸馏系统长期稳定运行。最后,针对膜蒸馏过程的膜污染进行了剖析、清洗及性能恢复研究,结果表明,针对该废水的膜污染,酸洗为有效的膜污染清洗工艺,经过清洗后,膜蒸馏通量和脱盐率均基本恢复到初始水平。
Controlling and prevention of membrane fouling in tile process of membrane distillation has been studied aecording to the point of operating conditions and pretreatment technology. The effective control of the permeation flux or operating temperature are found efficiently prevent the membrane fouling. In addition, pH controlling is benefit to decrease membrane fouling for the wastewater with certain hardness, which can make the system of membrane distillation running steadily and reliably for a long time. At last,membrane fonling in membrane distillation process has also been researched via touling analysis,cleaning and performance recovely. The results show that acid cleaning is good for the membrane surface with scale formation,which helps to recover the membrane distillation flux and rejection rate of salt to the initial value.
