摘要 由于天然气水合物堵塞造成的流动安全问题日益严重,水合物阻聚剂作为一种新型防控方法逐渐受到油气生产和运输部门重视。结合高压蓝宝石反应釜,并将先进的在线激光粒度测定装置引入水合物阻聚剂性能评价领域,系统考察了2种复配型水合物阻聚剂在油水体系内的阻聚效果,并研究了含阻聚剂油水体系在水合物形成过程中颗粒粒径分布变化规律。结果表明,2种水合物阻聚剂在蓝宝石反应釜评价实验中均表现出良好的阻聚性能;由在线激光粒度测定装置的评价可知,尽管2种阻聚剂对油水乳化性能相近,但二者在控制水合物初始形成阶段颗粒间聚集能力方面存在较大差异。最后,从水合物阻聚剂乳化和阻聚两方面入手,详细分析了水合物阻聚剂在油水体系内的阻聚机理。 Gas hydrates play a significant role in the flow assurance of oil and gas pipelines, posing one of the most serious problems relative to the formation and deposition of other solids. Anti-agglomerant as an alternative method to control gas hydrates plugging has drawn much attention for oil/gas production and transportation department. Combined with a high pressure sapphire cell, the anti-agglomerating performance of two kinds of anti-agglomerants is experimentally studied using an online laser particle size measurement device. The experimental results show that two kinds of anti- agglomerants have good anti-agglomerating performance in the high pressure sapphire cell. However, according to the resuhsfrom laser particle size measurement device, the emulsification performance of two anti-agglomerants is very similar, but the anti-agglomerating ability at the beginning of hydrate particle formation is much different. In addition, the anti-agglomerating mechanism of hydrate anti-agglomerants in oil-gas-water system is also studied.
