碳掺杂对二氧化钛电子能带结构影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 TiO2具有良好的光催化活性、化学性质稳定等特点,引起了人们的广泛关注.介绍了碳掺杂对TiO2电子能带结构影响的研究进展,分别就碳掺杂锐钛矿型和金红石型TiO2的电子能带结构的改变进行了较详细的综述. TiO2 has attracted widely attention because of its excellent photocatalytic activity and chemi- cal stability. Research progress of the electronic band structure of carbon-doped titanium dioxide was de- scribed. Changes of the the electronic band structure for carbon-doped anatase and rutile titanium dioxide were reviewde in detail,respectively.
