摘要
中医传统手法治疗脊柱损伤类疾病优势明显,临床应用广泛,但其基础研究比较薄弱,作用机制尚未完全阐明。有限元方法能够通过建立高度仿真有效的三维模型,运用有限元分析软件,求解不同条件下模型的应力应变情况,因而逐渐被应用到中医手法的力学研究中来。研究表明,有限元方法不仅可能阐明手法的作用机制,而且能够优化治疗方案和提高手法治疗安全性,对中医手法的传播起推动作用。
Chinese traditional manipulation treatment for spinal injury diseases has obvious advantages,which is widely used in clinic,but research on its mechanism is seldom. Finite element method (FEM) simulation can be highly effective by establishing a three-dimensional model,using finite element analysis software,to solve the stress and strain of the model under different conditions,and thus gradually be applied to the mechanics of TCM practice. Studies have shown that,FEM techniques may not only clarify the mechanism of action,but also can optimize treatment regimens and improve the manipulation treatment of security. FEM really plays the promotion effect to the dissemination of Chinese traditional manipulation.
