摘要
本文通过对我国"小餐饮"食品安全问题及成因、食品安全监管难点及成因,以及标准化在"小餐饮"食品安全监管中的运用效果及存在问题的分析,提出"小餐饮"食品安全监管标准化的思考建议。
This article through the domestic food safety problems and causes, food safety regulatory difficulties and causes of small-scale caterings, and the application effect of standardization in food safety supervision of small-scale caterings and the analysis of existing problems, puts forward suggestions on the standardization of food safety supervision of small-scale caterings.
