产品标准的检验规则是判定产品质量的依据,也是控制产品质量水平的手段与方法,不能简单地认定抽查就能控制产品质量。GB/T8939-2008《卫生巾(含卫生护垫)》所设置的检验规则不规范,在产品质量水平控制中不可避免地出现看似正确的错误。其抽样检验的判定规则不仅起不到质量把关的作用,而且给质量低劣的批产品打上合格标签,使之流入市场。

This paper through the irregular inspection regulations of GB/T8939-2008 ＂Sanitary absorbent pads （including pantyliner）＂ points out that the inevitable mistakes seem to be accurate during the process of quality control. The judgment rules of sampling inspection contribute nothing to quality control. Worse still, poor-quality products are labeled as qualified products before they are delivered directly to the receivers or enter the market.
