椎-基底动脉开窗畸形合并动脉瘤血管内栓塞术后并发脊髓梗死一例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，47岁，因突发头颈部疼痛2 d于2015年1月8日由外地转入上海第十人民医院。患者于2d前晚间睡眠时无明显诱因突发颈部剧烈疼痛、僵硬感，随即疼痛放射至头部，无呕吐、四肢麻木及大小便失禁。于当地医院急诊行头部CT检查，发现桥脑前方蛛网膜下腔出血（图1），予以止血、镇痛等保守治疗后2 d，转至我院进一步诊治。入院时体格检查：意识清楚，格拉斯哥昏迷量表（GCS）评分15分，
