摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元算法,对复合材料和金属连接结构中的热应力进行了计算,研究了飞机初始装配温度和工作温度的温度差、复合材料壁板的铺层比例、连接螺栓的材料及螺栓的间距对连接结构中热应力的影响。研究结果表明:初始装配温度和工作温度的温度差越大,连接螺栓受载越大;增加复合材料层压板±45?方向的铺层,层压板应变增大,螺栓受力减小;相同螺栓直径,螺栓间距越大,连接结构的应力越大。 The thermal stress of the connection structure between composite and metal sheet was simulated by using ABAQUS finite element. The influences on the thermal stress of the connecting structure, in the condition of the temperature difference between the initial assembly temperature and the working temperature, the ratio of the composite material, the material and the spacing of the connecting bolts were studied. The results shows that the more is the temperature gradient between initial assembling temperature and working temperature, the higher is the thermal stress. When the ±45° ply orientation of composite material is increased, the thermal stress will be reduced; the more is bolt spacing, the higher is thermal stress.
