An Engineering Analysis Methodology for Thick Composite Laminates Using a Multi-scale Approach

摘要 针对复合材料厚板结构在初始设计阶段的强度分析问题,通过刚度等效和应力-应变分解建立了一种多尺度分析模型,实现了复合材料厚板结构在子层压板水平的计算以及在铺层水平的失效判断。基于该方法,采用FORTRAN语言编写了适用于Abaqus/standard求解器的UVARM子程序,通过与Abaqus内嵌的复合材料模型进行对比,证实了多尺度理论的准确性和可行性。 By means of equivalent stiffness and decomposition of laminate stress and strain, a multi-scale model was presented to analyze thick composite structures, by which thick-section laminate was modeled in sub-laminate level while the structure failure was predicted in ply level. Based on this multi-scale approach, a user-defined FORTRAN subroutine(UVARM) was written for Abaqus/standard solver, by comparison with UVARM subroutine and built-in 3D composite model in Abaqus the multi-scale approach was proved to be correct and available.
