摘要
自上世纪初包豪斯诞生以来,设计在不断协调工学、美学、效益等各元素间关系的过程里,发挥着不可替代的作用。今天,设计作为国家"文化创新"战略的重要方向,又担负起前所未有的重任,成为国家发展的不竭动力。然而,除了提升品牌价值、增强产业竞争力、宣扬民族文化软实力外;西方世界也尝试运用设计,来改善社会政策的贯彻效果及其执行力。即,发挥设计在每日生活中的"润滑"作用,以传播社会政策的亲和力。
Today, as one of the key points of cultural innovation of a nation, design has step up to its historical responsibilities and become our country’s flourishing mover. While the importance of design may still be beyond the above mentioned, the West is trying to use design as a micro view for improving social policies and their implementation capacity. Namely, it unleashes its lubrication actions in the everyday life, and shows its social appetency of a public administrative management.
