Fault diagnoses and countermeasures for HV main motor in raw material roller mill

生料立磨大型高压电机出现电流异常波动,进线高压柜数字式综合保护装置报"本线路接地"电机保护跳停、电机轴承座密封内漏油等现象。对这些故障的处理获得的经验是:大型高压电机进厂时,一定要检查电机定子绕组引线电缆是否固定牢靠,对在线服役电机也不容忽视;电机滑动轴承采用稀油润滑,优先选用强度较高、弹性好的、带有钢丝的透明胶管;日常巡检维护工作要全面、到位不留死角。

Some faults occurred in HV main motor in raw roller mill,such as abnormal fluctuation of electric current,digital comprehensive protection device of incoming HV cabinet is tripping off and alarmed as 'the line is earthing',oil leakage in motor bearing socket sealing etc.Experiences from treating these faults are:for new arrival large HV motors,it must be checked that whether the connection cable of stator winding has been fully fixed,and this is also important for those existing running motors;liquid lubrication oil should be adopted for plain bearings in motor:transparent flexible pipe with steel wire should be selected in priority because of their high strength and elasticity;and the routing maintenance and patrol inspection works should be covered all-around aspects without dead space.
