儿童住院患者氟康唑使用专项点评

Special comments of fluconazone administration on pediatric inpatients

目的:了解某院抗真菌药物氟康唑(fluconazone)的使用情况,促进氟康唑的合理使用。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,汇总2013年1月-2014年6月使用该药的儿童住院患者,共计评价171例次。参考西弗吉尼亚大学医学院深部真菌感染危险因素评分系统,建立评价依据进行点评。结果:不合理使用情况频发,主要表现在无明确指征预防用药、用药频次不合理、相互作用、未定期监测肝肾功能等。结论:临床药师应加强此药用药点评与监护,寻求合适措施,促进其合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To investigate use of fluconazone and promote rational administration. METHODS A retrospective study was conducted on 171 pediatric cases using fluconazone between 2013 January and 2014 June. WVU School of Medicine IFI risk scoring system was used to evaluate application of fluconazone. RESULTS Irrationality existed in the following areas： preventive use without clear indication, unreasonable administration frequency, interaction with other drugs and no regular mo- nitoring on hepatic and renal functions. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should strengthen prescription evaluation and pharmaceutical care, and explore suitable measures to improve correct use of fluconazone.
