青岛市创新管理模式,实施了居民二次供水设施移交供水企业统一管理工程改造项目,彻底解决了二次供水存在的监管不到位、水质差、水压低、市民用水难问题。

The new attempt for management of water supply was performed in Qingdao City, in which the secondary water supply facilities for residents were handed over to water supply enterprises for centralized management. Many problems such as poor regulation, poor water quality, low water pressure and water shortage for residents were solved.
