摘要
北京经济技术开发区东区污水处理厂升级改造工程规模为5×104m3/d,设计采用MBBR+CMF+臭氧消毒工艺,改造后的出水水质由原一级B标准提高为准Ⅳ类水体标准。工艺调试期间,出水水质基本达到设计标准。对改造工艺设计进行了详细阐述,并对调试运行过程中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,旨在供类似工程参考。
The design capacity of the upgrading and retrofitting project of the East WWTP in Bei- jing Economic and Technological Development Zone is 5 × 104 m3/d. The combined process of MBBR, CMF and ozone disinfection is adopted, and the effluent quality is improved from the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB 18918 -2002) to the quasi-class 1V criteria specified in the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838 -2002). The effluent quality can reach the design standard during the process commissio- ning. The design of the combined process was elaborated, and the problems existing in the commissioning were analyzed and discussed for reference to similar projects.
