摘要 南京某石化污水处理厂的化工污泥主要来源于隔油池底泥、浮选池浮渣、剩余活性污泥和沉砂池底泥。采用干化焚烧工艺对现状污泥进行处理,其中干化工艺段采用造粒干化一体机将含水率为85%的湿污泥处理至含水率≤40%,低位发热值为6.32 MJ/kg;热媒采用石化公司热电厂产生的饱和蒸汽,产生的污泥颗粒与石化公司热电厂的煤掺混后进入焚烧炉进行焚烧发电。 The chemical sludge of a Nanjing petrochemical wastewater treatment plant is mainly composed of the sediment in oil separation tank, the scum of the flotation tank, the residual activated sludge and the sediment in grit chamber. The sludge is treated using the drying and incineration proces- ses. In the drying process, the moisture content of the wet sludge is reduced from 85% to 40% or less by the granulation drying machine, and the net calorific value is 6.32 MJ/kg. The heat medium is the satu- rated steam which is produced by the thermal power plant of the petrochemical company. The generated sludge particles are mixed with the coal for the thermal power plant of the petrochemical company and the mixture is burned to produce electricity in the incinerator.
