摘要 具有自主知识产权的5株高效焦化降解菌株,在自行设计的生物活性炭塔里制备成生物活性炭,用于焦化废水的深度处理中试研究。在中试试验过程中,塔内微生物的降解活性较高,出水平均COD小于60 mg/L,平均脱除率大于50%,出水COD基本达到国家再生水的水质要求,COD脱除率的变化和温度的变化趋势基本吻合,随流量的增大急剧下降。出水气质联用分析的结果表明,生物活性炭技术对焦化废水中难降解有机物有很好的降解效果。 Five efficient degradation strains with independent intellectual property right have successfully been used for the preparation of biological activated carbon (BAC) in the self-designed BAC tower,to be applied to the pilot scale tests on the advanced treatment of eoking wastewater. In the process of pilot scale tests, the degradation activity of the microbes in the tower is pretty high, the average effluent COD content is less than 60 mg/L, average removing is higher than 50%. The effluent COD can basically meet the state requirements for the water quality of recycled wa- ter. The tendency of COD removing rate change is consistent with the temperature change and drops quickly with the increase of its flow rate. The results of the GC-MS analysis of the effluent show that BAC technology has a good degradation effect on refractory organic compounds in coking wastewater.
