复合混凝剂-催化氧化处理采油污水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对采油污水高COD、高油质量浓度的情况,采用粉煤灰、烟道灰及硫酸铝以不同物质的量比配成复合混凝剂,联合Fenton氧化对其进行处理。考察了复合混凝剂的物质的量比、p H、混凝剂的投药量和反应时间等因素对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明:当复合混凝剂的最佳物质的量比为2∶2∶1,p H为6.8,投药量为60 g/L,Fenton氧化反应时间为35 min时,COD去除率达98.7%、除油率达到97.0%。 Aiming at the high COD and high oil content of the wastewater from oil production ,fly aluminum sulfate with different mass flow ratios have been used for preparing composite coagulan ash, flue dust, and ts. The wastewater has been treated with the coagulants by combining with Fenton oxidation. The influential factors, such as mass flow ratio, pH, coagulant dosage, reaction time, etc. On treatment effects are investigated. The experimental results show that when the optimal mass flow ratio of composite coagulants arc 2:2:1, pH is 6.8, coagulant dosage 60 g/L and Fen- ton oxidation reaction time 35 min, COD removing rate reaches 98.7%, and oil removing rate reaches 97.0%.
