摘要
针对超高含硫气田碱性采出水的特性和处理应达到的要求,对水质改性、氮气气浮、H2O2预氧化、沉淀复合除硫加絮凝净化处理工艺技术进行了研究。结果表明:当盐酸投加量为2.0~2.5 m L/L,p H控制6.0~6.5,溶气比控制为20∶1,气浮初级除硫可将硫离子质量浓度由2 500 mg/L降至400 mg/L,后续H2O2投加量2.5~3.0 m L/L,最佳反应时间15 min,20%沉淀除硫剂ZS-1投加量为2.0 m L/L,20%絮凝剂L-12、0.1%PAM投加量均为1.0 m L/L时,处理水质可达到回注设计要求。
According to the characteristics of high sulfur gas field alkaline produced water and treatment require- ments, this paper has studyed the waste water treatment processes with modification, removing sulfur by primary ni- trogen gas flotation and preoxidation with H2O2 and then sedimentation with ZS-1, adding with flocculating purifica- tion. The results show that sulfur ions can be reduced to 400 mg/L from 2 500 mg/L by elementary floating, controling the ratio of gas to water abuout 20 and the pH value from 6.0 to 6.5 with dosage of hydrochloric acid from 2.0 to 2.5 mL/L,then keeping the dosage of 30% H2O2 from 2.5 to 3.0 mL/L with the optimum reaction time 15 min and sub- sepuent dosage of 20% precipitation type agent ZS-1 about 2.0 mL/L, after flocculating with 1.0 mL/L 20% floccu- lating agent L-12,1.0 mL/L 0.1% PAM ,the treated water can meet the requirements of water reinjection design.
