摘要
基于雇主品牌视角,尝试用生态学话语体系来表述、刻画中小企业人力资源生态系统运行机理,有效地描述与探索中小企业人力资源管理主体互动复杂性现象及其内在关系。针对运行机理问题,阐述了中小企业人力资源生态系统内管理主体生态链运行机理、主体系统稳态机理、主体界面生态机理,以生态学视角探讨了中小企业人力资源生态系统在空间上展开的各组成部分相互联系、作用方式和时间上存在和发展的形态与关系,明确了管理主体间各个环节、各个层次之间本质的、必然的联系。
The purpose of this paper is to try to describe or characterize the operation mechanism of human resource ecosystem of small- and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of the employer brand to explore the subject convergence com- plexity phenomenon and its inherent relationship. Aiming at subject operation mechanism, the paper presents the ecological chain running mechanism, the system steady-state mechanism and the interface ecological mechanism of human resource management subject in small- and medium-sized enterprises. This paper explores interrelation in the space and the rela- tionship of the existence and development in the time of human resource management subject in small- and medium-sized enterprises and specifies the necessary and essential link of subjects of various aspects and various levels.
