摘要
产业结构的变化会改变产业发展对生态环境的压力。文章结合江西省三次产业发展情况,分析了不同类型产业发展对生态环境的影响;对现有文献中给出的生态环境影响系数进行修正,重新确定了各行业的生态环境影响系数;利用所构建的生态环境影响指数(IIISNE),定量分析了江西省产业结构演变的生态效应。研究发现,2000—2013年江西省生态环境压力有所增大;因产业结构的差异,各地市面临的生态环境压力也不尽相同。基于以上分析,提出了加快产业结构调整,加大污染治理力度,以及优化交通布局等政策建议。
The change of industrial structure will change the pressure of industrial development to the ecological environment. Com- bined with the industrial development in Jiangxi Province, the paper analyzes the impacts of different types of industrial development on the ecological environment. Then we modify and determine the coefficient of ecological environment influ- ence. By using the influence index of industrial structure on natural environment, we analyze the ecological effect of the industrial structure evolution in Jiangxi province, which shows that the ecological environment pressure of Jiangxi Province increased from 2000 to 2013. The ecological environment pressure is different from each other cities because of the differ- ence of industrial structure. Based on the above analysis, it is necessary to accelerate industrial structure adjustment, strengthen pollution control and optimize transportation layout.
