中国地区间OFDI规模差异研究--基于企业家精神视角的解释

现有文献对中国地区间OFDI规模的差异给出了诸多解释,初步形成了发展水平说、动因差异说和优势差异说等不同学说,本文在总结回顾前人研究的基础上给出了企业家精神对地区OFDI差异的解释,并以2004-2011年中国各省市自治区的面板数据为基础验证了上述假说及地区企业家创新精神和风险精神对OFDI规模的影响,结果表明:发展水平说、动因差异说和优势差异说都能在一定程度上解释中国地区间OFDI的规模差异,而企业家创新精神和风险精神对地区OFDI规模也有显著的正向影响。最后给出了相应的政策建议。

The existing literature gave many explanations on regional OFDI size differences in China and initially formed some hy- pothesis such as development level theories view, motivation differences view and competitive advantage view. This paper gave the review based on the predecessors＇ studies in brief and put forward the point that the entrepreneurship is also an interpretation of the regional OFDI differences. And based on the panel data of some provinces from 2004 to 2011, the pa- per proved the hypothesis and the influence of entrepreneurs＇ innovation spirit and risk spirit to the size of regional OFDI. The results show that the development level view, motivation differences view and competitive advantage view can partly explain regional OFDI size difference, and the entrepreneurs＇ innovation spirit and the risk spirit has significantly positive influence to regional OFDI scale. Finally it gave the corresponding policy recommendations.
