摘要
组织社会学新制度主义理论强调"组织合法性"机制的重要性,制度环境要求组织服从"组织合法性"机制,社会的法律制度、文化期待、观念制度一旦成为被人们广为接受的社会事实,则对组织的行为有强大的约束力量。产业集群内新创企业的创业管制合法性、创业规范合法性、创业认知合法性对创业绩效有显著的正向影响。环境敌对性在调节创业组织合法性与创业绩效的关系中存在悖论现象。一方面,创业组织合法性在敌对性环境下对新创企业而言是更有价值的;另一方面,敌对性环境对于新创企业的资源获取却是一个不利条件,影响了其合法性的建立。
New institutionalism in organizational sociology emphasizes the important mechanism of "organizational legitimacy". The institutional environment requires the organization to obey "organizational legitimacy" mechanism. That is to say, once the legal system, cultural and social expectations and concept system become the accepted social facts, they will become the powerful forces of constraint on the organizational behaviors. The regulative legitimacy, normative legitimacy and cognitive legitimacy of new ventures in industrial clusters have significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial performance. There is a paradox in the relationship between the legitimacy of the new ventures and entrepreneurial performance. On the one hand, entrepreneurship organizational legitimacy in the hostile environment is more valuable for new ventures. On the other hand, hostile environment is a disadvantage for new ventures to acquire resources and prevents the establishment of its le- gitimacy.
